At SICOR teleasistencia El Corte Inglés, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to provide immediate assistance in any type of emergency. Our system is designed to offer fast and effective responses, coordinating with emergency services. Furthermore, our protocols are optimized for situations such as falls, crises, or disorientation, ensuring the safety of elderly and dependent individuals.

Response protocols

Every emergency is different, which is why we have designed specific protocols that allow us to act quickly and effectively. From the receipt of the alert to the resolution of the incident, our goal is to ensure user safety and provide assistance efficiently.

Alert reception and verification

When the alarm is activated, the Emergency Center receives the notification instantly and verifies the situation through a call or monitoring of connected devices. This allows for rapid validation of the emergency and ensures an appropriate response.

Health prioritization and referral

Once the emergency is confirmed, health priority is evaluated and, if necessary, coordinated with ambulance services for rapid intervention. Additionally, if required, the user will be referred to a health center or specialized care depending on the type of emergency.

Communication with family members

We maintain constant communication with the user’s family members. We notify them of the status of the emergency and the response in real time, ensuring they remain informed and reassured.

Most common types of emergencies

Falls: Detected in real time by our teleassistance devices, which immediately send an alert.
Health crises: Immediate assistance for symptoms such as dizziness, fainting, or respiratory problems.
Disorientation: Especially important for people with Alzheimer’s or dementia, where our systems monitor location and activate an alert if necessary.
